When you use our Services, we may collect: identity and contact details (name, email, billing address, phone number), payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store full credit card numbers), usage and technical data (IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited), communications data (emails, portal chat messages, project notes), and any files you upload for editing (footage, photos, style guides).

We use your information to: deliver editing services and manage your projects, process transactions and maintain your account and Gem Bag tier, send project updates and administrative notifications, send anniversary reminders for your couples' wedding dates, improve our platform and user experience, monitor site performance and prevent fraud, and conduct analytics. We will never sell your personal information.

Your uploaded footage, photos, and project files are stored securely and used solely to deliver your editing order. Files are accessible only to your assigned editor, your project manager, and essential technical staff. We retain project files for a reasonable period after delivery to facilitate revisions. When no longer needed, files are permanently deleted. We never use your footage or photos in marketing without your explicit written permission, as governed by your publicity choice in our Terms.

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and improve our Services. We use Google Analytics for performance measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some portal features may not function properly without them.

We use select third-party services to operate our platform, including: Stripe (payment processing), cloud infrastructure (file storage and delivery), email services (notifications and reminders), and analytics tools. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure cloud infrastructure with access controls, limited personnel access to client files, regular security reviews, and PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe. Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. Project files are retained for a reasonable period after completion to allow for revisions, then permanently deleted. Financial records are retained as required by law. If you delete your account, personal information is removed within 30 days except where retention is legally required.

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.
